1)   Colour Consultation: Working with what you have in your home, we will help you find the perfect combination of colour to enhance your space.  This service takes approximately 2 hours.

2)  Colour Design:  Starting with a 2-hour consultation in your home, we will discuss your needs, your favourite pieces in your home, etc.  We then create a complete palette for the rooms you’d like to see painted, and follow up with a presentation for you.  At the end of this process, you will have a complete written report with colour names, numbers and other relevant recommendations (finishes, trim, etc.)

3)  Colour Deluxe:  This package includes everything from #2 (Colour Design) plus recommendations for accessorizing your space including accent colours, style of accessories and other ideas for your space. 

For busy agents or private sellers, Right at Home ReDesigns is pleased to introduce photography services.  Make the greatest impact with potential buyers with photos that capture the home’s best features.   

1)   Show Case:  We will come and take the best possible shots of your home for use on the internet or in print. 

2)   Show Case Plus: We will stage the rooms before the pictures (this service can be included in a staging project).

As part of our staging services, Right at Home ReDesigns is happy to offer this specialized service to clients.  Get the most out of your open house with the following options: 

1)  Welcome Home:  Right at Home ReDesigns will help you to declutter and prepare your home for the open house helping potential buyers see the best features of your home. 

2)  Welcome Home Deluxe:  Working either independently or with an agent, Right at Home ReDesigns will prepare your space for the event on the day of the open house.  This includes aromatherapy (candles, atomizer, etc), additional accessorizing, appetizers and refreshments for the potential buyers, and other special touches.

3)  Hosting:  Particularly of interest to FSBO’s (For Sale By Owners), Right at Home ReDesigns will stay for the open house and show off your home to potential buyers.  For an additional fee, we will help you to advertise your open house.  This service can also be combined with either the “Welcome Home” or “Welcome Home Deluxe” packages.
